I had to have my bathroom faucet and water supply valves replaced. Eric came right around the time he said he would be there, he listened to and answered all of my questions and then he dealt with my corroded faucet and did an amazing job it looks great. My wife loves the new faucet. Eric also replaced and repaired two electrical switches for me. Eric did an amazing job and we were so happy we are getting an estimate on our front entrance. I would definitely recommend Eric for all and any of your home remodeling needs. Thank you

I originally hired Eric to do a kitchen faucet replacement and replace my master bathroom rain shower temperature diverter. He found and help me order the correct replacement parts for my shower being that it was a complicated setup and the parts needed to be special ordered through a plumbing supply store. This temperature diverter replacement also required a large medicine cabinet/mirror to be removed, large pieces of tile removed, and sheetrock cut open just to get to the copper pipes and diverter. Eric accomplished all of this with no problem, replaced and repaired everthing, and did a respectable and complimentary job. The reason the shower temperature diverter needed to be replaced in the first place was because of the calcium/mineral build up on the diverter that occurred over time. This same build up/corrosion was evidence on the hot and cold shut off valves under my kitchen sink. Basically it got to the point that we could no longer make our shower hotter or colder, the temperature was simply stuck around 100 degrees. Anyway, Eric recommended I look into the Aquasana Whole House Water Filtration System and that he would install it. I called Aquasana, advised them on what was going on, and ended up buying a filtration system. Eric installed this system with a by-pass valve with precision and professionalism. I was seriously impressed with the finished product. Though, I will say this install does take a long time, it probably took Eric 10-11 hours. If you are considering having one of these systems installed in your home, i would highly recommend hiring Eric to do the job as it will be done correctly. After the major plumbing work was done, I had Eric do some minor things such as replace some sheetrock in my kitchen due to a roof leak, replace a toilet pump, do some carpentry work, and fix an area of my basement ceiling. All of the work has been reasonably priced and done professionally. I would recommend Eric to my friends and family.

Eric did a great job replacing an old bathtub faucet and showerhead, installing a new outdoor water outlet, and connecting our basement refrigerator to the water source. He worked with me closely to help me pick the right bathtub faucet because the one I had initially selected required extensive rework on the pipes. Eric worked with us all the way by giving us alternatives and staying within our budget. Highly recommend!

Eric was great for our new home. We did a number of projects with him including fan replacement, installation of chandelier, fan and new recess lighting (for very high ceiling), and custom paint/molding work. Every project was done professionally and in a resonance time frame. Definitely going to be our go to guy for our home projects!

Eric responded to my project immediately and had a quote in my hands shortly after reviewing the pictures. The quote was very reasonable and he was very flexible with scheduling. The quality of work was top notch and he took his time cleaning up behind him. Two thumbs up, highly recommend.

Eric is truly an expert in his craft. After having two plumbers come out and both still could not find the leak; we were lucky to find & hire Eric, who located both leaks in our master bath. Diligent, persistent, & expert in plumbing. He knows what he is doing. Job was professionally completed and even patched up holes. Very responsive! My new go-to plumber to get the job done correctly and efficiently. Excellent work!!!

Eric is a top notch contractor who takes pride in his work. We had him revamp our basement into a beautiful finished living area by converting our drop ceiling into a finished one. Eric and his team were able to rework the plumbing and electrical into the rafters in order to accomplish this. He also did a great framing job by adding in custom doorways and access to a finished closest under the steps. He also wired the smart dimmers and thermostat so that I could control these from my phone. He completed the job within our budget and timeline and delivered tremendous value. I would highly recommend him for your next home project.

Job: bathroom renovation Pros: Eric is very nice guy who has a pleasant demeanor. He works very neatly and quietly. Sometimes I forgot he was in the house. Eric worked in the evenings to try to finish the project. Knowledgeable about plumbing. Cons: Eric worked mostly by himself with a few subcontractors here and there. He explained (prior to work starting) that he maybe starting work on another job but I was under the impression that it would not interfere too much with my project . I was let down when the job took much longer than expected which was inconveniencing to me during the winter time. Especially WHE he said he would come on weekends. But, he couldn't stick to the time line to the point where I wanted to hire someone else to complete the job. I think he should've just been more upfront with the timeline and crew/sub contractors. There were also some mishaps with tile grout color and a leaky Faucet. Both he corrected, however he should have had a tile person complete all of the tile work as I had tile work done before and was 100% satisfied. My advise would be to give a correct timeline. If the job would take longer, advise the clients in advance. Stick to all of your promises. Make sure you have your sub contractor dedicated and available to do there part.

Eric has done a wonderful job remodeling our powder room. He was upfront and honest from the beginning, made several recommendations as he went along to make the final result better without trying to upsell his work. He honored all of the quoted elements and his pricing was very reasonable! Eric is a true professional, meticulous in the best sense possible, didn't cut corners and took the time needed to get the job done right. A huge thank you to Eric for his high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. He worked on removing a wall in our home and did an amazing job. Eric really knows his stuff! Best thing about him is that he does plumbing and electrical work ... for a fraction of the cost of those so-called "specialists." He fixed a leaky shower head, by replacing the cartridge. He replaced a defective refrigerator water & ice line. And he repaired and replaced an outdoor spigot, including a new pipe and valves that required him to drill & repair an interior basement wall. He was thorough, he picked up all of the necessary materials, and charged me at his cost. A total professional. He will return soon, to complete a few other projects for me.

Eric did a great job repairing concrete step at my home. He was easy to talk to and did not just push his idea as some of the others who came to give us estimates. He took his time and did not take shortcuts to get it done in one day as most had told me. He told us it would be a 2 day job and so it was. Eric did three projects for me: replaced a bathroom ceiling fan, replaced an outdoor water spigot and installed a garbage disposal. I knew from the moment he first stopped by to see what needed to be done that I had found my man. He is by far the most pleasant and accommodating serviceman I have ever used. There were absolutely no issues. All three projects were very professionally completed and he left my home without leaving a trace of dirt or debris anywhere. He even found time to humor my pesky cats! I would hire him again in a heartbeat. The world needs more people with Eric's impressive work ethic. Hire him while you can. He's busy and is bound to be busier as word gets around. Lucky me to have found him!

Eric recently did some electrical work for us. He ran new wiring and installed new lighting in our kitchen and it came out better than we expected. He was very professional, neat, and his workmanship was excellent. I will definitely use him for other projects and refer him to friends and family.

Eric installed backsplash tiles in my kitchen, replaced the hood over the oven and installed an OTR microwave. He charged for labor only, as I got him the materials. It was a pleasure working with him. Not only did he complete this job on time with the desired quality, he also did a few small extra stuff for free. Highly recommend for any kitchen and bath remodeling.

Erik came to my rescue at a time when I had given up hope on finding a reliable, honest plumber ever again! Erik is all of those things and then some!!! In addition, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard-working! Erik not only was happy to give me a free estimate; he spent an hour discussing what was wrong and elaborated on several ways of fixing the problem! "Superman!" aka Eric. This guy is truley amazing with a heart of gold as a guine person filled with passion and perfection as an artist in his craftsmanship; and now a great friend for life. I wouldn't even think of doing a remolding job without consulting him first and I have childhood friends with major construction comany's who do commercial work; meaning, he is right in-line with them. See before and after images of my hellish garage closet to a redisigned laundry room with an entrance from house hallway. We also added a hanging closet for clothes next to it that was gross. We are working on a 3rd closet, which is the old laundry room and will share before/after images there too when done. Look no further for a great experience, he should be wearing a cape to job sites, Lol. Triple my 5 STAR rating.

Eric did a great job of installing closets in a guest room, replacing rotted floor joists and flooring and insulating my pantry and fixing a light fixture that hasn't worked in years. He was extremely neat and clean and very professional. I recently called him for another project he was right there for me. Trusted and professional contractors are worth their weight in gold and Eric is at the top of the list.

On our first encounter with Eric he took his time to listen to and address areas of concern. Eric gave his professional feedback on areas he saw in need of treatment and remediation as well as gave insight into materials and an overall time frame. Eric had a quote drafted in no time and the job began shortly after. As Eric progressed through the job he kept myself and my husband informed. As we speak Eric is finishing up our basement and from what we've seen, he has done a fantastic job. I can't wait to see the final product. Eric will be my go to for future projects.

5 Stars are not enough for this contractor. Eric answered every question Marilyn and I asked during the two intensive remodeling conferences we had prior to hire. He made suggestions, measured, measured again, thought before he answered, and didn't give us a price off the top of his head. We were interested in his approach, his prior experience, his honesty and integrity. After all, if we were giving him permission to work in our home. Eric installed a new high end kitchen that delights my wife every time she opens a cabinet. Pleasing, efficient, well designed and laid out is the finish we received. We got more value than we paid for. Finally found a general contractor who stayed on the job every scheduled day until our work was totally completed. Once we saw Eric's experience in progress, we booked more work-- over 700 feet of new flooring, trim work, utility room to guest bedroom transformation, fan installation, duct work, sheet rocking, taping, painting, handyman type items. I can't say enough good things about Eric and his craftsmanship, honesty, and sincerity of performance. Interview him last. Whatever you pay, i assure you he is worth it and fair. Eric did an excellent job with our project. First off, Eric was very reliable and communicated very well during the project. He committed to a date and started and finished as agreed. He also accurately quoted the job and there were no cost overruns. He's very professional and very easy to work with. Eric is very meticulous and it's obvious he takes a lot of pride in the work he does. He also made sure the work area was clean every day before he left . Eric transformed the unfinished area ( concrete floor, cinder block walls and open ceiling) into a great room we can use for storage. laundry and other use. We are very happy with the work that was done and we will definitely call Eric as future projects come up.

We combined thus project with another and Eric completed both the installation of a new bathroom exhaust fan (and sheetrock, sparkling, and painting along with it) in addition to the removal of an outdoor light post. Eric did impeccable work and left no trace of his work, which was greatly appreciated. My only complaint would be that he showed up late and the project took a lot a lot longer than anticipated. These things aside, Eric does very good work and I would certainly recommend his services!

We needed two bedroom doors installed in our home, and we were very much on a time crunch because I'm about to deliver our first born any minute! Hiring Eric was the best choice we could have made! We had shopped around to a couple of pros that were quoting us exorbitant amounts. And when we tried to go through Home Depot who we purchased our doors from they were quoting us that they were going to be delayed at least by 3 months. I reached out to Eric and he was able to give us an estimate that same day and a day and a half later had both doors beautifully installed, he worked efficiently and stayed the ENTIRE DAY to make sure both doors were fitted exactly right. He was also super personable, professional, clearly excellent at what he does, and he cleaned up everything after. We will definitely look to hire him again for anything else we need around the house!

Eric came out to give me an estimate on moving some pipes for a deck remodel I wanted to do. He was incredibly helpful explaining the limitations, coding and implications of what I wanted to do. While I likely can't do the project I wanted, I will absolutely use him again in the future. He was responsive, prompt and communicative. I can't recommend him more highly!

Eric was a true professional from the very start. He installed new gas line connection to my grill. The response time was fast and the work was done quickly and correctly. The price was amazing and top notch service.
